product detail
Function
Single channel input, can be connected to 1NC or 2NC contacts
Automatic/manual/monitored reset is optional; The reset circuit X1-X2 must be connected in series with the normally closed point of the external contactor to achieve contact welding monitoring
Once the input is disconnected or the circuit fails, the three safety contacts (13-14, 23-24, 33-34) will immediately disconnect, and the one auxiliary normally closed (41-42) will be used for status indication
Electrical specifications
Power supply: 24 V AC/DC (0.85-1.1 Un)
Safe output: 3NO, 2 A/250 V AC (AC-15); Auxiliary output: 1NC, 2A
Input impedance: ≤ 250 Ω
Response time: ≤ 30 ms; electrical lifespan 1 × 10 ? times
security level
ISO 13849-1 Cat.4/PL e, IEC 61508/EN 62061 SIL 3 (maximum PL e achievable in single channel architecture, depending on peripheral wiring)
Installation and Environment
35mm DIN rail, housing IP40, terminal IP20
Working temperature -5...+55 ° C, humidity ≤ 90% RH, no condensation
Terminal torque 0.6 N · m, wire 0.2... 2.5 mm 2; 2 A gG fuses need to be connected externally on the power supply side
Typical Applications
Redundant shutdown chain for single machine emergency stop, safety door, and limit switch
As an extension head of the MSR series, cascaded EM/EMD modules add more delay or instantaneous output
Suitable for occasions requiring Cat.4/PL e, simple wiring, and compact space“
