Power topology
? Rectification side: 18 pulse SCR rectifier bridge (or optional AFE PWM rectifier), which can meet the harmonic requirements of IEEE519-1992 without the need for an input isolation transformer; THDi ≤ 5 %, Input power factor ≥ 0.95.
DC link: Current source type DC reactor (CSI) or voltage source type DC bus capacitor (VSI), combined with SCR/SGCT inverter bridge to output a three-phase power supply with variable frequency and voltage.
Inverter side: Each phase is composed of 6-18 SCR/SGCT series connected, with a voltage redundancy of ≥ 2.5 times. Fiber optic triggering and self powered gate drive (SPGDB) ensure high dv/dt anti-interference.
Control method
Sensorless vector control: speed accuracy ± 0.5%, torque linearity ± 2%, continuous operation above 6 Hz.
Full vector closed-loop: Incremental or sine cosine encoder, capable of outputting 150% rated torque at 0.2 Hz, with a speed bandwidth of 5-25 rad/s and a torque bandwidth of 15-50 rad/s.
Soft start/soft stop: By controlling the SCR trigger pulse through phase angle, smooth pre charging and reduced surge current can be achieved without the need for an external soft starter.
Hardware Features

Self diagnostic fiber optic ring: Each OIB board can monitor 6 SCR devices, perform real-time temperature, gate status, and self check of blocking voltage.
